Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced General Sales Manager to join our team in Maui. The General Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Must have roofing experience
- Strong knowledge of sales in roofing and recruitment door, knocking and running sales meetings
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in using CRM software for managing customer relationships
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Must have own transportation and live in Maui, Hawaii
